Pothos are often one of the first houseplants people keep, and with good reason. It has a well deserved reputation as a durable plant that tolerates a wide range of light, from very low indirect to partial sun, and water, bouncing back well from drying out too much and tolerating wet soil longer than most other plants. And it has an array of cultivars with different leaf patterns and colorations. This hardy vine propagates easily and benefits from regular pruning.
